In view of coming Harbah festival falling on July 12, a cleanliness and renovation drive of Tirath Raj Lok Bhawan shrine in Anantnag district of South Kashmir was launched by the Migrant Employees Forum from Vessu.

The shrine, which remained closed for pilgrimage during last 20 years of turmoil had suffered major damage during this period also. However during last some years the Prabandhak Committee Teerath Raj Lok Bhawan undertook the renovation work of the shrine and performed the religious functions also.

The volunteers of Forum led by Sanjay Koul and Sanjay Ganjoo under the patronage of Ajay Bharti advisor of the Committee launched the drive.

Meanwhile a meeting of the Prabandhak Committee was also held here today under the presidentship of Maharaj Krishan Raina in which it was decided to organize annual yatra to the shrine from here on Harbah festival this year. The yatra will start from here on July 10.
