Director School Education, Jammu has notified for all the concerned that a supplementary examination for the students, who appeared in 8th class T2 Annual Examination held in February 2012 in Summer Zones of Jammu province and were declared as repeaters will be held from May 15 to May 23.
All heads of the institutions (-) I/C Master of Middle Schools/HMs of High Schools/ Principals of Higher Secondary Schools falling in summer zones of Jammu Division have been directed to inform the candidates intending to appear in supplementary examination. The heads of the institutions willobtain the examination forms from concerned ZEO offices and will make available to the repeaters.
They will get the forms filled up and will submit to the Principal of concerned DIETs after attestation. The Principal DIETs will provide the examination forms to concerned ZEOs. The whole process will be completed on or before 30th April, 2012. The Heads of the Institutions will also be responsible for distribution of Admit Cards/ Roll No. Slips to the concerned repeaters students.
The Dated Sheet for Supplementary Examination of 8th Class T2 summer zones of Jammu Division (2011-12) is as Tuesday 15th May 2012 English, Thursday 17th May 2012 Hindi/Urdu, Saturday 19th May 2012 Mathematics, Monday 21st May 2012 Science and Wednesday 23rd May 2012 Social Science.
