HM ultras wife detained

Three members of family, including the wife of Hizbul Mujahedeen (HM) militant wanted by National Investigation Agency (NIA) in connection with the Delhi High Court blast last year, have been detained by police in Kishtwar district.

Tasleema Begum, wife of Hizb militant Shakir Hussain, alias Chotta Hafiz, his mother and father-in-law were detained at Tatapani belt of the district today, police said.

They were brought to Kishtwar and are being quizzed about the whereabouts of the Chotta Hafiz, they said.

NIA and local police are frantically searching for three most wanted terrorists of Hizbul-Mujahedeen, involved in the Delhi HC blast case, in mountainous belt of Kishtwar and had conducted several operations to trace them but have failed so far.

Apart from Chotta Hafiz, others wanted in Delhi HC blast case are Hizb militants- Junaid Akram Malik and Kamran. The NIA has so far arrested three people, including a teenager in connection with the blast, in which 15 people were killed.
